Concert Dress
As always, the "esprit de corps" of our performance groups is
expressed with a professional concert dress uniform for most public appearances, which is a conservative black and white ensemble.
- For our young women, a long sleeved white button front blouse with collar and either black trousers or a long black skirt (below knee length to floor length) are required.
- For our young men, a long sleeved white button front shirt with collar and black trousers are required.
- Both young women and men should wear black socks or stockings and black shoes to complete their concert uniform.
In addition, thanks to parent Penny Lemire, performing groups often sport sharp-looking bow ties and cumberbunds in school colors provided by HCMBF, Inc.
The Jazz Ensemble has multi-colored vests to fit its lively image.
These uniform additions are handed out to the students at performances; no charge is made for their use. However, should a student misplace or irreparably damage his/her apparel, a $5 replacement charge will be levied.
